strenuous or relaxing activities and experiences in the UK for all interests and all age groups

The secret to total enjoyment is to immerse oneself in an activity or experience particularly suited to your own personal interests and abilities.   For some this means pushing themselves to the absolute limit in an extreme activity such as driving a racing car, partaking in motor rallying or even rock climbing, power boating or some other extreme sport, whilst others derive maximum pleasure from nothing more strenuous than the experience of a day of pampering at a health spa.   Whilst the younger members of  the family will go wild about a tank driving experience or perhaps a day in a recording studio producing his or her very own "hit" record.   No matter what your inclinations may be, no matter what age you are and no matter which side of the Atlantic you reside you can guarantee we have exactly the right strenuous activity or relaxing experience for you.
